Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by KEEP CLEAN ATX LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional auto detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and maintenance refresh. The specific services, pricing, and timeframes will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Final service scope may vary based on vehicle condition and size.

Independent Contractor Technicians

Our technicians operate as independent contractors. When a customer books a specific technician, the service relationship and any responsibilities regarding the work performed are between the customer and that technician. Keep Clean ATX LLC serves as a platform connecting customers with certified detailing professionals. Each technician is responsible for the quality and conduct of their own work.

SMS and Voice Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages and/or automated voice calls from KEEP CLEAN ATX LLC. These communications may include appointment confirmations, service-related notifications, customer support responses, and promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies based on user interaction and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@keepcleanatx.com.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• Please ensure timely access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• We understand emergencies may occur and will work with customers on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
• Certain services may require a deposit or payment authorization prior to scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.

Warranty and Guarantees

• Ceramic coating services may include manufacturer warranty terms, when applicable.
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us on the same day of completion.
• We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.

Pre-Existing Damage

Keep Clean ATX LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Vehicle condition may be documented prior to starting work. We are not liable for any damage that cannot be proven to have occurred during our service. If a customer claims damage occurred during service, photographic or video evidence documenting the vehicle condition before service must be provided to support any claim. Without such proof, we cannot be held responsible for alleged damage.

Engine Cleaning Disclaimer

If you request engine bay cleaning, you acknowledge and accept that water or cleaning agents used during the process may come into contact with electrical components, sensors, or mechanical parts. Keep Clean ATX LLC and its technicians are not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues that arise following an engine bay cleaning service. By requesting this service, the customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage to the engine or its components.

Child Safety Seat Disclaimer

If you request removal and cleaning of child safety seats, you understand and agree to the following: Keep Clean ATX LLC and its technicians will remove the child safety seat for cleaning purposes only. We do not reinstall child safety seats as part of our service. In the event that a technician does reinstall a child safety seat as a courtesy, Keep Clean ATX LLC is not responsible or liable for the proper installation, positioning, or safety of the seat. The customer and vehicle owner are solely responsible for ensuring that all child safety seats are properly and correctly reinstalled and secured before placing any child in the seat. Always have a certified child passenger safety technician verify proper installation.

Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not responsible for personal items or valuables left inside the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues unrelated to the detailing process.

Vehicle Condition

By scheduling service, you confirm that:

• You are the vehicle owner or have authorization to have the vehicle serviced.
• The vehicle is in legal and operational condition.
• All personal belongings and valuables have been removed prior to service.

Access, Utilities, and Safety

• The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle, including parking space and safe working conditions.
• If required, access to water and electricity must be available or agreed upon in advance.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
