Our story began long before the business was born - rooted in a love for car maintenance that started as a childhood hobby and evolved into a profession. I'm Edgar Mendez, a Civil Engineer by training who moved to the U.S. over a decade ago.
Leaving my native country to escape dictatorship meant starting over. Instead of revalidating my degree, I made the decision to turn my lifelong passion for cars into a business. What started as an idea in 2018 came to life in 2019 as Keep Clean ATX.
One phrase from my father has always guided me: "If you're planning to do something, do it right, or don't do it at all." That philosophy drives everything we do.
Behind Keep Clean ATX is not just me, but my family. My wife, Yoliseg, brings her eye for perfection and passion for cleanliness. My son, Gabriel, started learning the trade at just 12 years old and is now a professional detailer. And my brother, Miguel, joined us in 2021, bringing dedication and craftsmanship to the team.
Together, we've built a family business that Austin drivers can trust. To date, we've completed over 4,082 services across the Austin metro area, earning the trust of thousands of returning customers.

Hector has been part of KCA's story since day one, offering trusted guidance through the decisions and challenges that shaped the company. With a background in psychology, therapy, and personal development, he brings thoughtful perspective and steady support to the team.
Gabriel grew up learning the detailing trade from an early age and has turned that experience into a real craft. He brings focus, precision, and energy to every vehicle, always taking pride in how the finished work represents the team.
Miguel brings a steady work ethic, craftsmanship, and genuine care to every job. Since joining KCA in 2021, his consistency and attention to detail have made him someone the team can count on and customers can feel comfortable trusting.
Anton quickly earned the team's trust through his consistency, professionalism, and sharp attention to detail. He takes particular pride in Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction, approaching each vehicle with patience and the mindset of getting the work right.
