You get a confirmation text right away. On the day of your appointment your technician arrives fully equipped, walks the vehicle with you if you are home, and gets to work. Every service is priced by vehicle size, Coupe, Sedan, Small SUV, Mid SUV, Large SUV/Van, and Truck, and the exact price is shown before you book. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition; anything beyond normal use is quoted before work begins.

It can, and we would rather tell you up front than surprise you. The listed price covers a normally used vehicle of that size. Heavy pet hair, mold or biohazard, sand all the way through, or smoke damage is real extra work and gets priced as extra work. We look at the car, show you what we found, and quote the difference before anything is touched. We never add a charge after the work is done.

A car wash cleans the surface. A detail decontaminates the paint with a clay bar, protects it, drives interior dirt out with high pressure air, vacuums it back out, and conditions the leather. That is a trained person working most of a day with professional materials. If you want the car to look better this week, a wash is the right call. If you want the paint and interior to hold their value for years, that is what we do.

For most services, no. We arrive fully self-contained with our own water and power. A few services do need access to a spigot or an outlet, if yours is one of them, we tell you when you book.

Yes. We work in apartment lots, office garages, and street parking all over the Austin metro every week. When you book, tell us the building and space number so we can find you. If your complex has vendor rules, let us know and we will work with them.

We work in most Texas weather. Heavy rain or storms can affect exterior work, and coating jobs are best done in a garage or covered space. If weather forces a change, we contact you and find the next time that works.

There is more, and it is the part most people do not know. We run high pressure air through every seam, vent, rail and crevice first, which drives out the sand, crumbs, pet hair and grit a vacuum nozzle cannot reach. Then we deep vacuum all of it back out. Air first, vacuum second, every time. Steam comes after that, on the surfaces.

Most stains and odors improve dramatically, and many disappear completely. We use hot water extraction, steam, and enzyme treatments to lift stains and neutralize odors from spills, pets, and smoke. Results depend on how old and deep the damage is and the material involved, some permanent staining or deeply absorbed odor may remain. We tell you what is realistic before we start.

Light incidental pet hair is handled during normal interior cleaning. Moderate or heavy pet hair takes real extra time, so it is priced as the Pet Hair Removal add-on starting at $40, based on severity. We confirm the price with you before we start.

A Deep Interior Detail runs about 3 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We give you a realistic window when you book.

An In & Out Maintenance Refresh runs about 2 hours. A Deep Interior Detail runs about 3 to 4 hours. The Luxury All-In-One runs about 4 to 6 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Ceramic coating is a longer job and is scheduled separately.

A standard exterior detail removes contamination and adds protection. Light swirl marks can be reduced, but deeper scratches are best handled with our paint correction service.

It is our light upkeep service, about two hours, for returning clients whose vehicle was professionally detailed within the last 30 to 60 days: premium wash, rim faces, tire shine, interior vacuum, glass and trim. It is upkeep, not a reset. If it has been longer, or the car has had a Texas summer since we saw it, tell us when you book, we will look, show you what we found, and quote the difference before we touch anything.

No, and be cautious of anyone who says it does. A coating adds chemical resistance, UV protection, hydrophobic behavior, and much easier washing, and it resists light wash marring. It does not stop rock chips or deep scratches.

Level 1 is protection only, with no correction, ideal for new cars. Level 2 adds a single-stage machine polish (roughly 60-70% correction) before coating. Level 3 is a full multi-step paint correction for maximum gloss before the coating goes on.

Swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and water spots, machine-polished to restore a deep, glossy finish. A scratch deep enough to catch a fingernail usually cannot be removed completely, but it can often be improved. We inspect first and tell you what is achievable.

No. Buffing usually hides defects temporarily with fillers. Paint correction removes a microscopic layer of clear coat with machine polishing to permanently level the defects.

Yes, we can remove child safety seats for cleaning. However, per our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee proper reinstallation. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the seat is correctly and safely reinstalled before driving.

Yes, engine bay cleaning is one of our add-on services. We use low-moisture methods that are safe for modern engines and dress the plastics so the bay looks factory-fresh.
